Welcome to Imperfect Parenting. We are Caren Gitlin, LCSW, CPC and Synthia Praglin, MA, CPC. We have been working with parents and children for over 20 years. As moms, we know first hand the challenges that parents face. As a therapist and a certified parent educator, we know how to support and provide real, practical guidance to parents as they navigate the challenges that come with raising a family.

Parenting is beautiful, messy, exciting and complicated. As parent coaches, we want to help parents rediscover the joy in parenting and learn to accept that parenting is perfectly imperfect!
